Introducing BrandWave Events: Ticketing and RSVPs, Built Into Your Venue's Operating System

BrandWave Events is a new beta feature inside BrandWave for Events that lets venues create event pages, collect RSVPs, sell tickets, accept payments, send reminders, and check in attendees from the same system they already use to manage their venue operations.

And there is no additional charge.

BrandWave Events beta access is included for BrandWave for Events subscribers inside your existing account.

For independent venues, this creates two immediate opportunities: you can use it to manage your own venue-hosted events, and you can offer ticketing or RSVP support as an added service for private clients who need it.

BrandWave for Events Ticketing System

Why we built this

Most independent venues today aren't just renting space. You're hosting open houses, vendor showcases, networking nights, ticketed workshops, styled shoots, classes, retreats, and private client events — and at some point, almost every one of those needs a way to collect RSVPs or sell tickets.

Until now, that usually meant sending people to Eventbrite, Wix Events, or some other third-party platform, then patching together a separate form and payment link, and trying to keep track of registrations in a tool that has nothing to do with the rest of your business.

BrandWave Events brings that process into the same system already managing your inquiries, calendar, communication, and payments — so it's one less platform, one less login, and one less subscription competing for your attention.

What's included in the beta

The current beta version supports:

  • Ticketed events and RSVP events

  • Free or paid registrations

  • Online or in-person events

  • Public event pages

  • Custom ticket types and ticket quantities

  • Coupon codes, including early-bird style promotions

  • Event schedules and speaker sections

  • Registration forms with custom fields

  • Payment collection for paid events

  • Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and internal notifications where applicable

  • QR code ticket generation

  • Mobile app check-in via QR code scanning

  • Manual attendee check-in

  • Full registration, ticket, order, and payment visibility inside BrandWave

Use it for your own venue

This is the most immediate win: you can now run your own ticketed or RSVP events directly inside BrandWave, without sending a single attendee to a third-party platform.

  • Run your own open house or showcase with a public event page and RSVP tracking

  • Sell tickets to a venue-hosted workshop, class, or community event

  • Manage RSVPs for a private tasting, networking event, or vendor night

  • Generate QR code tickets and check guests in from your phone the day of the event

And because BrandWave Events is part of your existing subscription, every event you run this way is one you're not paying a per-ticket commission on.

BrandWave for Events RSVP and Ticketing System Features

Turn it into a service you offer clients

Here's where it gets interesting for your business.

Ticketing and RSVP management doesn't have to be something only your venue uses internally — it can become a value-added service you offer to the clients booking your space.

Think about a typical scenario: a company rents your venue for a workshop and needs to sell 75 tickets to their attendees. Today, that client usually has to go find their own ticketing platform, set it up themselves, and figure out reminders and check-in on their own.

With BrandWave Events, you can offer to handle that for them — registration setup, payment collection, automated reminders, and day-of check-in support — as part of the experience you provide. For the right client, this is a natural upsell: a "we'll handle the logistics" package that adds real value, differentiates your venue, and creates an additional revenue line that didn't exist before.

A few notes on the beta

This feature is still in beta, so we recommend starting with simple, well-defined use cases first: single-date ticketed events, RSVP events, open houses, workshops, small conferences, classes, or trainings.

Some more advanced functionality is still in development, including recurring or multi-date event flows, automated cancellation and refund flows, deeper event-specific workflow triggers, and more detailed attendee mapping for multi-ticket group purchases. We'd recommend holding off on those scenarios until those pieces are further along.

How to get started

Beta access is already live inside your BrandWave for Events account at no additional cost. If you'd like help thinking through your first event setup — whether it's for your own venue or as a service offering for a client — reach out and we'll help you map it out.

And because this is beta, your feedback matters. If something doesn't behave the way you'd expect, or there's a feature you'd love to see added, let us know. BrandWave was built from inside the event industry, not adapted from generic software — and that only works if we keep building it with the people actually using it.
